Neutrogena Gets Scandalous
We already know that Scandal actress Kerry Washington is more than just a pretty face, but now she’s got proof. She’ll be joining the gaggle of female celebrities that get paid to defy gravity, splashing water in their faces in slow motion for Neutrogena commercials. Not only that, she’ll also be joining the skincare brand as its new creative consultant.
While you probably don’t care, this is pretty historic. Washington will be the first famous face to serve in front of and behind the camera at Neutrogena. Kerry couldn’t be more thrilled for her new job either. According to a Neutrogena press release this week, she said, “I knew I wanted to be a part of a company that is helping to make a difference in people’s lives. As a creative consultant, I will be able to have a real voice inside this amazing company, which is a tremendously exciting endeavor.”
The CW’s Littlest Fan
She might have missed the season premiere of her dad’s show, Arrow, but “she came just in time for Amell Wednesdays” the week after, actor Stephen Amell shared on Facebook this Saturday. He and his wife Cassandra Jean, a former contestant on America’s Next Top Model, welcomed their new daughter Mavi Alexandra Jean Amell on Tuesday, October 15, OK Magazine reports.
Amell Wednesdays not only refers to Arrow’s designated night on the CW, but The Tomorrow People’s as well. Stephen’s little brother Robbie Amell stars in the new sci-fi series on the same network and night. Stephen also posted a photo of him and little Mavi Alexandra watching her Uncle Robbie’s show from their hospital room. Congrats to all the Amells!
